Landscaping

The landscaping is nearly complete. 

Update

The exterior of the building is complete. Sidewalks are in, retaining walls are built, edging is in and black dirt is placed.

Masons have finished brick by overhead door and are getting closer to wrapping up. 

The siders are moving along - now 50% done. 

Patio door accent walls are being painted.  

Bathroom flooring is going in. 

Granite window sills are being installed.

Doors, base and casing are going in.

Third floor is being painted out. 

Second floor drywall is wrapping up. 

First floor insulation is nearly complete.

The exterior is starting to take shape.

Siding is making good progress.

The 3rd floor is almost completely drywalled and half the lightweight concrete floor on 3rd has been poured.

The siding has begun and almost all the trim on the windows and patio doors are complete.

3rd floor is insulated and drywall has begun.  2nd floor is ready to start insulating.

The roof is complete. 

Decks are nearly complete and brick is moving along.

The roof will be dried in Monday. 

Masonry is going around the building doing ground work. 

Concrete stairs and stoops are being poured. 

Windows are being installed and decks being built.

Half of the roof trusses are set and we are sheathing that portion. 

3rd floor update

Almost all the wall are built for the 3rd floor. Today we will start swinging roof trusses.
