Update

1st floor walls are nearly complete. We are prepping the 2nd floor trusses and pouring the basement garage floor.

First floor exterior walls are complete and we are working on party and unit walls. 

We have also started pouring the parking garage.

Underground plumbing and electric are complete and ready to start basement slab. 

The exterior walls are being built and almost ready to start ripping up.

The foundation is complete and we are pouring the last of the pads for the pre-cast columns. Precast will start on Monday 10/27.
